"The place is clean and the building looks nice but its quite overpriced for thid bad service. If its your first time here just like for me they will not explain anything what to do or where to go. But maybe its because their english is bad , most of the foreigners were looking around and try to look at other people to find out whats happening. The massage was not bad but very short definately not that amount of time I paid for. Overall the staff is not nice and pushing you to tip and pay even more. Not a place to relax. I recommend all of you to learn from my experience and choose a better place with a better staff" (Google / March 2026) |

"Everything is Ok, but it is too expensive. 87€ for an hour of bathroom entrance and a 15 minutes massage. (Google / March 2026) |

"I bought a package on line for AUD230 for the so called delux service, both the washer and masseuse couldn’t be bothered, they did the absolute minimum effort the 20mim scrub was 5min max and the 30min massage was about 10min max, they put no effort in what so ever except bully me into tipping something they did really well; Turkish telkas are known for strong deep tissue treatment this was ridiculously weak.. do not recommend this place at all; I usually don’t mind spending good money and tip for quality but this was far from it, I gave them 1 star for the receptionist." "Thoroughly enjoyable. I'd read the mixed reviews about tipping but it was easy - I gave 300 lira up front and the whole experience was a delight. I felt the history of the room, a warm welcome and the majesty of the dome. Omar's exfoliating & massage were first class, he explained everything clearly as it was my first time at a hamam and I was very happy as I sat with my pomegranate juice afterwards. Thank you everyone!" (Google / Feb 2026) |
