Efes Hammam is roughly 10 minutes walking distance to the Opera gate of famous Genclik Park near Ulus. It is located under Efes Hotel, across from Yegenbey Vergi Dairesi (tax office).  The staff is friendly in general. It is usually quiet, though it can be busy in the evenings and during the weekend. They are normally open until 10 p.m, but sometimes they close earlier if there is nobody. It is better to go before 8 p.m
